Port Jobs is not-for-profit action tank that develops practical programs and supports public policies that increase access to living wage jobs, fostering a more vibrant and equitable economy for residents of and businesses in Seattle and King County.
A 501(c)(3) organization, Port Jobs: engages in innovative research to increase shared knowledge; creates powerful partnerships in key action areas; and develops practical programs that provide important services to job-seekers, employers and our local community.

Our research both responds to and serves community needs. We are exploring new and emerging trends in transportation and logistics, apprenticeship and skilled trades, and low-income car ownership.
Port Jobs is funded by the Port of Seattle, City of Seattle, King County, and many local and national foundations. Our Board is composed of representatives from the local business, community, education, government, and labor sectors. We also work closely with a diverse group of not-for-profit partners to provide services, maximizing our resources and net impact.
